Accessible, affordable spay/neuter for every corner of Northwest Arkansas.

Our Spay + Neuter Access Project brings low-cost surgeries directly to the communities that need them most — a regional effort led by the NWA Animal Alliance.

How It Works

Accessibility

Portable surgical equipment lets our teams set up right in the neighborhoods that need us. This allows us to reach rural areas and high-need ZIP codes where affordable spay/neuter simply doesn't exist.

2

Affordability

We keep surgeries at $0–$25 for everyone, removing the cost barrier that leaves so many pets unaltered and so many litters unplanned.

Veterinary Capacity Building

Every clinic doubles as a training ground. We help veterinarians build high-volume spay/neuter (HVSN) skills, growing the region's long-term surgical capacity so this work can scale for years to come.

How To Get Involved

Just $25 sponsors a spay/neuter surgery for a family who needs it. Your gift covers supplies, clinic-day costs, and the teams who make it happen.

Send the supplies our clinics run on like surgical consumables, recovery essentials, and more.

Vets, vet techs, and general volunteers all keep clinic days running. Tell us your skills and availability and we'll match you to a role.

Schedule Your Pet's Spay/Neuter
